The Assistant Store Manager (AM) is responsible for supporting the general operations of Quimper Mercantile and for fostering our reputation in the community as an entity that values profitability as well as community building, environmental concerns and support of the local economy. This position sets the tone for the floor staff, helps maintain the culture of our business, protects the brand, inspires our employees and shows compassion for our customers. This includes managing direct reports, retaining talented employees, maintaining store operations, and adhering to store policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager maintains Quimper’s vision by exemplifying our values, as well as providing the highest level of service to our community.
