Olympic Housing Trust: Philanthropy & Grants Manager

Olympic Housing Trust (OHT) is a community land trust creating permanently affordable homeownership for working families across Jefferson and Clallam Counties. We are seeking a Philanthropy & Grants Manager to deepen our donor relationships and secure the grant funding that powers our mission. Two priorities sit at the heart of this role: keeping our donors engaged and giving year after year, and writing winning grant proposals. You will work alongside the Executive Director on a small, dedicated team, where the funding you steward and secure translates directly into homes for local families.

Status: Full-time, 30-40 hours/week, non-exempt

Pay: $33-$37 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits

Reports to: Executive Director

Location: Jefferson County, WA (in-person with some work-from-home flexibility)
